I have registered for an account - now what?

  • Log into your account using your Email address and the Password that you chose at registration.
  • Check you account details including your address and contact details and update these as necessary.
  • We recommend that you update your Password on a regular basis to increase the level of security on your account.
  • View the full history of activities on your account at any time.
 

I would like to purchase a voucher - how do I do that?

  • You will automatically be redirected to log into your Account.
  • Your identity details and the details of the voucher amount will be presented to you as well as the amount of the purchase.
  • You will be directed to a secure payment page to enter your credit card details. VoPUP accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amercan Express and Diners Club credit cards.
  • If the bank that issued your card is 3D-secure then you will be prompted to enter your password according to your registered password with your 3D-secure issuing bank.
  • Following anti-fraud screening, your card will be verified, and the purchase will be authorised.
  • If the transaction is Approved then you will be issued with your digital voucher and your VoPUP Account will be updated to reflect the latest transaction details.
 

I am unable to register - what could be the problem?

  • Are you at least 18 years of age? If not, we are sorry but for the time being we cannot accept registrations from minors.
  • It is VoPUP's policy not to accept registrations from certain countries.
  • If none of the above applies to you, you should be able to register - please review the registration form carefully to avoid any errors.
 

Are there transaction limits?

At this time, the limit per transaction is set between USD 2.00 and USD 1,000
 

How long does it take to receive confirmation of my VoPUP voucher?

Payments are authorised in real-time directly to your issuing bank, world-wide and confirmation of your purchase is sent to you via e-mail within 5 minutes of purchase.
 

Can I get a refund on a payment that I made?

Full refunds are available on vouchers which have not yet been redeemed.
